The role requires flexibility with shifts, strong communication, and the ability to handle basic cash transactions. You will help maintain a clean, safe work environment and support food service operations in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Adapt to varying shifts and time schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Restock needed materials and retrieve dropped items.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Distinguish currency denominations and provide correct change.
• Read ticket totals and log payments or vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Bus tables, clean, sweep and mop surrounding areas as needed.
• Assist guests with self-service kiosks or mobile ordering.
• Replenish and garnish food as required.
• Serve food and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Ensure all utensils, dishes and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Handle occasional cash or non-cash transactions not related to self-ordering.
• Expedite complete orders and assist with order flow.
