Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions in Yellowstone.
• Process payments and verify credits according to hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain guest records and handle reservations in the PMS.
• Answer calls and route inquiries per hotel standards.
