Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Retail Team Members to create a welcoming, educational guest experience while supporting store sales goals. You will greet Guests, handle transactions, verify ages, and promote a wide selection of wine, spirits, beer, and cigars.

The role includes stock, merchandising, and cleaning duties, with wrapping/gift services and carryout support as needed. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS accurately, process transactions, and verify age.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status and check IDs for alcohol purchases.
• Promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and shelf presentation.
• Receive, unload, and validate invoices; stock deliveries.
• Keep store, stockroom, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Provide wrapping, gift baskets, and carryout services.
• Stay up-to-date on training and product knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
