Job summary

Pizza Lucé in Minnesota is seeking enthusiastic team members for a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will greet guests, assist with the menu, take orders, and work with teammates to deliver a superior dining experience.

We offer $11.41 per hour with weekend and weekday evening availability, on-the-job training, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and other perks. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Upbeat, friendly personality with guest-service mindset.
• Prior customer service and restaurant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic hospitality and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, warm manner.
• Help customers navigate the menu and make recommendations.
• Address issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Take phone orders and enter into POS system.
• Assist delivery staff with packing and labeling.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure a great guest experience.
• Perform cleaning and side duties as needed.
