Job summary

Pizza Lucé is seeking enthusiastic servers to thrive in a fast-paced Minnesota restaurant. You will guide guests through the menu, including beer, wine, and liquor, and deliver warm, attentive service.

Pay is $11.41 per hour plus tips, with open availability. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and a friendly, inclusive team culture. Our restaurants are closed on major holidays, with time-and-a-half pay on select holidays.

Our Servers act as tour guides to our restaurant with extensive working knowledge of our menu including beer, wine, and liquor. They take pride in providing the best possible customer service to our guests.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

• Greet the customers in a timely fashion with warmth and sincerity.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our beer/wine/liquor menu.
• Help customers navigate the menu and answer questions or make recommendations.
• Take and serve customer food orders.
• Quickly make server drink orders.

  BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ensures every guest has the complete Pizza Lucé experience.
  • Energetic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Full-service server experience preferred.
  • Previous Bartender experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Command of the English language.
  • Must have a team attitude and the ability to be alert to the needs of both guests and coworkers.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 40 lbs.
