Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Folkston, GA. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked, while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior retail or service experience. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
