Job summary

Rally House is seeking a friendly Teammate to create a welcoming and energetic shopping experience for guests, while supporting daily store tasks and operations. You will assist with merchandising, handle floor moves, and help maintain a clean, organized space aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate is 16 years or older, has customer-facing experience or a strong enthusiasm for sports retail, and can work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Execute merchandising tasks as directed (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery).
• Maintain clean, organized fixtures and back-of-house areas.
• Report operational issues, shortages, or concerns to leadership.
• Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
