Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock and maintain store cleanliness, unload merchandise, and ensure safety and courtesy in all interactions.

The role is part-time with physical duties including lifting 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
