Job summary

Summitbsa is seeking a dynamic team member to provide front desk and housekeeping support. You will rotate between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, upholding Scouting values in every interaction.

The role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Housing and uniform details are provided, with a 45–55 hour work week to support our operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, POS, reservation software).
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, check-ins/outs, and reservation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver professional, friendly service; resolve guest issues promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and guest rooms using standard cleaning procedures.
• Restock cleaning supplies, tools, and restroom essentials as needed.
• Prioritize and complete cleaning tasks using property management system and turnover schedules.
• Regular verification and checks on maintenance and safety hazards.
• Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership
• Abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook
