Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and works well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, respond promptly and courteously.
• Assist in multiple store areas including food service, cleaning, and stocking.
• Prepare, handle and serve food following safety standards and labeling protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized food prep and store areas; follow safety regulations.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain compliance with cash handling policies.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Proactively inform guests about promotions to drive product engagement.
• Support inventory management and restocking to ensure shelves are full.
