Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates to ensure a clean, stocked, and smoothly running store. Whether part-time or full-time, you’ll gain skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to a guest-focused experience.

Paid up to $15.50 per hour at select locations, with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a fun atmosphere where teamwork matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment
• Help keep our stores stocked & fresh; ensure items are available and up to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
• Keep store clean and organized inside and out
• Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great guest experience
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
