Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment preferred.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May need to obtain food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store and food prep areas; follow safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Greet guests and suggest products to enhance purchases.
• Rings up guests on the register and balances transactions.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Work as part of a collaborative, respectful team.
