Job summary

Panera Bread Bainbridge is hiring Team Members to greet guests, deliver warm service, and support daily operations in our Ohio cafe. Roles include cashier, baking, drive-thru where available, salad and sandwich making, barista, and dishwashing, with focus on speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests and deliver excellent service.
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth & Trust.
• Support your manager and team as needed.
• Learn positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing and dining room cleanliness.
• Cashiers welcome customers, take orders, ensure a great experience with a smile.
• Salad & sandwich makers assemble items quickly, correctly and consistently.
• Be committed to health & food safety.
