Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greets and interacts with guests and suggests products that complement purchase to enhance the guest experience.
• Rings up guests on cash register and balances cash and inventory transactions.
• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
• Resolves guest complaints and escalates when necessary.
• Keeps store clean, stocked, and organized; assists in inventory management and restocking.
