Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Georgia. You will greet guests, operate the register or self-checkout, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll participate in inventory tasks and support safety and quality standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and on-the-job training to help you grow within a fast-paced retail team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and good people skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment
• Help keep stores stocked and fresh
• Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
• Keep store clean and organized inside and out
• Complete regular cleaning tasks for guests' experience
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
• Rings up guests and balances transactions
• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service
• Resolve guest complaints when needed
• Collaborate with store team and public
