Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Maryland (La Plata) to greet customers and provide friendly service. You will handle breakfasts, made-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and coffee, with a clean and organized station.

You’ll operate the register, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age-restricted purchases. Maintain stocked shelves, safety, and team collaboration for a smooth shift.

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and age-restricted product verification.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked; keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
