Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to greet customers and deliver a top-tier shopping experience while executing store-level tasks and policies.

The role includes POS operation, cash handling, product replenishment, housekeeping, and vendor coordination, with flexibility for day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts. Training and onboarding support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
