Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience, keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Whether part-time or full-time, you’ll gain skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management and price updates for monthly promotions.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve a manager as needed.
• Keep a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment inside and out.
