Job summary

RaceTrac Store Associates play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while keeping shelves stocked and stores clean. You’ll assist at the register or self-checkout, upsell products, and ensure ready-to-sell food and beverages are available and safe.

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and upsell where appropriate.
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in inventory management and price/signage updates.
• Handle guest concerns with urgency and involve management as needed.
• Maintain a team-oriented, respectful store environment.
