Job summary

Global Partners LP in Athol, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate POS, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store while assisting with inventory and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
