Chick-fil-A Athens is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You'll help guests have a positive dining experience while supporting Team Members and Operators for success.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. Training and opportunities for leadership growth are emphasized in a people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
