Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-tier guest experiences and support store-level operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, keep shelves stocked, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

The role involves daily tasks, vendor coordination, and participation in merchandising projects as directed by management. Flexibility is required for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions and keep shelves stocked.
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
