Job summary

Puttshack USA in Chicago, IL, is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to help move food and drinks to guests, clean and reset tables and golf courses, and support the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role offers flexible, variable schedules across 7 days, typically 15–30 hours per week, with pay reflecting tips. We provide competitive pay, benefits, and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
