Job summary

Global Partners LP in Bellows Falls, Vermont seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations, including safety, POS use, and merchandising. You will greet guests, replenish inventory, and assist with vendor coordination in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles and customer service.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Comfort working in a retail environment with variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate POS and maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
