Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet and assist customers, prepare items, and operate the register in a fast-paced store environment. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining clean, well-stocked aisles.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and reliability. You will support store operations, participate in daily housekeeping, and help provide a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items including breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Keep stores well-stocked; ensure shelves remain fresh and inviting.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
