Job summary

JIB Cal-Tex Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced Jack in the Box restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will help with multiple workstations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold quality food standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, assembling meals, and ensuring accuracy and speed during peak hours. A team-focused, friendly attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old; ability to read, understand basic English; perform basic math; and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Takes and clarifies orders, assists guests with menu selection as appropriate.
• Enters order in POS system, collects money, and makes change.
• Assembles orders and hands them to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work areas across the restaurant.
• Cleans interior and exterior areas and follows food safety standards.
