Job summary

Funky Chicken llc dba Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen is seeking energetic Team Members to deliver friendly service and uphold Popeyes® standards at the FC Jonesboro location. You will take orders, process payments, prepare menu items, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Openings exist for Opening, Mid-day and Closing shifts. Prior food-service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but training is provided. Join a fast-paced team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with basic math.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude toward guests.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work opening/mid/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and package menu items per recipes and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant
• Stock inventory and unpack deliveries as needed
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
