Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Member in Pleasanton, CA to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will provide friendly service, ensure high quality food, and maintain a clean restaurant environment for all guests by performing various workstations in line with JIB procedures and standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, assembling orders, and supporting kitchen stations while following safety and cleanliness policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or fast-paced restaurant environment helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read/understand English.
• Understands and can communicate orders clearly; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests; take and clarify orders; enter orders in POS and handle payments.
• Assemble orders and ensure timely delivery to guests; maintain cleanliness and stocking of work areas.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas; assist with food prep, fryer, grill, assembly and prep stations as needed.
