Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and support sales/membership growth.
• Assist with sign-ups, changes, and account management while following pricing policies.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness; operate wash equipment safely.
• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage reviews.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep the tunnel and stations clean and orderly.
