Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warm service, great food, and memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, prepare salads and sandwiches, and support the team across kitchen and front-of-house areas.

The role offers on-site work with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior food service experience is required, and training is provided to help you thrive in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas; stay on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety protocols.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
