Job summary

Gate is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the CopperGate Express Wash in Middleburg, FL. You will greet guests, guide vehicles through the wash, and ensure a safe, friendly experience while keeping the facility clean and organized.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including weekends. Training on equipment and safety procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
• Must complete pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service at the car wash.
• Operate Express Wash kiosks, credit card machines, and POS.
• Assist guests through the wash process and answer questions.
