Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed. Part-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
