Job summary

Level99 Entertainment in Lake Buena Vista, FL (near Disney Springs) is hiring Guest Experience Associates to deliver the Level99 experience. You will greet guests, provide tours, answer questions, assist with wayfinding, and help maintain a fun, clean, and safe environment for groups of 2–6 players.

You should be energetic, service‑minded, and able to work weekends and holidays, with eight‑hour shifts and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience by greeting guests, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, and moving guests through lines and check-in process
• Maintains upkeep, cleanliness, and operations of the venue's entertainment side
• Provides authentic, friendly, and approachable interactions and shows up on time daily
• Upholds Level99 brand standards across product, experience, and environment
• Assists with operations including shift tasks, POS functions, troubleshooting, cash handling, and daily cleaning
• Delivers value through sales techniques and recommendations
• Assists with opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Overview

Guest Experience Associates are the life of Level99 and bring the fun! Associates are dedicated to showcasing the Level99 concept, delivering the ultimate in guest experience and developing relationships all while maintaining a fun, clean and safe environment. They are passionate about meeting guest needs before being asked, and are always promoting the Level99 brand. The Guest Experience Associates Team is made up of fun, funny, honest, and caring individuals who have a true sense of urgency when it comes to our players and fellow Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes the guest experience, by greeting guests, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding and efficiently moving guests through lines and the check in process.
• Helps with the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue
• Provides authentic, fun, approachable, and humble interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to provide best-in-class service
• Continuously upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization
• Assists with operations, including shift tasks, POS functions, account creations & troubleshooting, cash handling, hands-on guest service, and proper facilities upkeep and daily cleaning
• Provides guests with the best value through sales techniques and recommendations.
• Assists with venue opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties, as assigned

Must-have Skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understands, utilizes, and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation
• A team player
• A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude
• Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to handle alcohol

Other Desirable (but Not Necessary) Skills & Experience Include

• Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers
• Strong public speaking or performance experience
• Retail Sales Associate experience preferred but not required

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
