The role emphasizes a fast‑paced, physical environment with a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and guest satisfaction. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service excellence.

• Know products, services, and store tools to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely, complying with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features like Wallet and Drive Up.
• Handle returns following policies and consult leaders when needed.
• Keep a clean, clutter-free workspace and manage stock during shifts.
