Job summary

Global Partners is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while supporting store-level tasks. As a Fortune 500 company with 90+ years, we are dedicated to customers, communities, and colleagues.

Greet guests, operate the POS, perform housekeeping, replenish merchandise, and assist management with vendor communications. Flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
