Job summary

Global Partners LP in New York State seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, supervise cash, lottery and tobacco levels, and help keep shelves stocked and clean.

Flexibility is key: day, night, weekend or holiday availability is required. You’ll collaborate with management to resolve guest requests and assist with vendor check-ins and merchandising tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
