Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash seek energetic Team Members for full-time or part-time roles at our Texas locations. You’ll provide friendly guest service, help guests understand wash options, and guide vehicles through the tunnel while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Training is provided, no car wash experience required, and we offer benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
No car wash experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
Welcome guests and explain wash services and memberships.
Direct vehicles safely through the car wash tunnel.
Operate pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing spots.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Work as part of a team to keep the location running smoothly.
Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash professionally.
