- Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and explain wash services and memberships.
- Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
- Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
- Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing spots.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Work as part of a team to operate the location efficiently.
- Represent the brands with a positive attitude and appearance.
