ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash in Pearland, TX is seeking energetic Team Members for full-time or part-time roles. You will provide friendly guest service, explain wash options, and help guests choose memberships while guiding vehicles through the tunnel and across the lot.

No prior car wash experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are included as part of a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
