Job summary

Weis Markets in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to warmly greet customers, answer questions, and assist with carts and store cleanliness. You will help bag groceries, load items into vehicles, and ensure the parking lot and entrances remain safe and welcoming.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Weis Markets offers competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Payrate: $15.92-$23.00

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a cheerful manner as they enter the store and thanks them as they leave.
• Answers customer questions and provides other assistance as required to ensure quality customer service.
• Retrieves all shopping carts on the premises safely and efficiently.
• Helps customers by loading their groceries into vehicles.
• Keeps parking lot, store vestibule and front-end clean and free of debris.
• Assists cashiers by bagging groceries as required.
• Sweeps, washes, mops and does general clean-up work.
• Maintains restrooms and break rooms, replenishes supplies, disposes of waste.
