Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a dedicated associate to maintain clean store areas and assist customers. You will greet shoppers, help with carts, bag groceries, and keep parking lot and entrances safe and orderly.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a cheerful manner and thank them as they leave.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance to ensure quality service.
• Retrieve and manage shopping carts from premises and keep parking areas clear.
• Assist customers by loading groceries into vehicles as needed.
• Keep parking lot, store vestibule and front-end clean and debris-free.
• Sweep, wash, mop and perform general cleanup.
• Restrooms and break rooms cleaned, supplies replenished, waste disposed, and grounds kept orderly.
