Job summary

TC Restaurant Group in Nashville seeks a Server Assistant to support servers in food and beverage service across tables in a high-volume, live entertainment venue. You will help ensure guest satisfaction by delivering friendly, efficient service and keeping work areas clean.

This tipped position offers an hourly base of $12.00 with a combined pay range of $30–$35 per hour when tips are included. Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to access business applications (email, chat/text messaging).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any required work cards or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant servers to maintain tables and guest service.
• Provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service of food and beverages.
• Know menu items and host/support staff procedures.
• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and setup.
• Sanitize tabletops, chairs, and floors; keep areas clean.
