Job summary

SeaWorld San Diego is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors for a seasonal position to help keep guests safe and engaged. You’ll interact with guests, answer questions, direct crowds, and support park operations from opening to closing.

Highlights include free park admission, employee discounts, scholarships, and exclusive events. Must be 18+, Monday availability, strong teamwork and guest service mindset; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Need Monday availability.
• Strong team player and commitment to guest service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to pass all necessary training.
• Ability to stay calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restroom/park areas.
• Operate and maintain blow packs, pressure washers, vacuums, fire hoses, etc.
• Stock restroom supplies.
• Notify leadership of any supplies needed.
• Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities.
• Sweep debris from pathways and monitor landscape for trash.
• Interact with guests and answer questions.
• Direct guests to attractions and assist with park emergencies.
