Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to keep public areas immaculate and welcoming for guests. You will greet visitors, maintain lobby and mezzanine cleanliness, and ensure locker rooms and fitness areas meet standards of the premier luxury property.

Role is full-time and hourly, with a competitive hourly wage of $18.06. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and access to employee programs.

Qualifications

• Move throughout the building daily with stamina.
• Properly use cleaning equipment and materials.
• English language comprehension preferred.
• Union eligibility after 90 days under Local 122 agreement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining cleanliness and appearance.
• Warmly greet guests in public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of mezzanine, front desk area, and lobby.
• Keep fitness center and pool area clean.
• Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.
