The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a part-time, hourly Housekeeping Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain immaculate public and back-of-house areas. Qualifications

• Ability to use all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Professional, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting over 100 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement with union option after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent guest and associate rapport by responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Use the HotSOS app via iPod to receive and track assignments.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas following established standards.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs through the HotSOS app.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas as assigned.
• Assist with transporting deliveries and other duties as directed.
• Follow standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms, and appearance.
