Job summary

Beloit Health System is seeking a Per Diem Guest Service Ambassador to join the NorthPointe Environmental Services team. The role focuses on greeting guests, providing wayfinding assistance, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

• Experience in environmental maintenance is desired.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands and to problem solve.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the NorthPointe Health and Wellness facility in a sanitary and attractive condition.
• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Represents NorthPointe to guests, members, and the community in a positive, supportive manner.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Replenish supplies including towels, toiletries, disinfecting wipes, paper products, and guest amenities.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and recycling.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa relaxation areas, reception spaces, studios, and employee areas.
• Launder, fold, and organize towels, robes, and linens as needed.
• Ensure locker rooms and shower areas remain clean, sanitary, and fully stocked.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
