Compass Group USA’s Eurest division seeks a Customer Ambassador to drive a hospitality-focused guest experience at the Idaho location. You will greet guests, support teammates, relay guest concerns, and lead promotions while ensuring food displays are appealing and menus are explained clearly.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ability to handle physical tasks up to 50 pounds, and active participation in wellness and marketing programs. Evening shifts included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors.
• Keeps marketing, wellness and culinary programs current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes coworkers.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to customers.
• Supports selling techniques and assists in buying decisions.
• Ensures display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
