Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is hiring a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant) for a full-time front office role. You will greet guests, guide check-in, provide walking and golf cart tours, and communicate hotel services and promotions throughout their stay.

Role involves assisting with luggage, valet parking, and guiding guests to rooms while maintaining a high level of service and hospitality. A passion for guest experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Greet arriving guests and direct them to check-in.
• Understand spa offerings, programming experiences and activities available at Miraval.
• Inform supervisor of any guest issues during stay.
• Provide walking tours and golf cart tours to all areas on property.

Responsibilities

• Assist other associates as needed.
• Lift, push or pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs.
• Contribute to guest arrival and departure experiences with luggage and valet services.
