You will also explain promos, assist with the Target App, and support overall store operations to keep guests coming back.

The role requires excellent communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• Process transactions accurately and assist with returns or exchanges when needed.
