Job summary

Target in Kansas City is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a quick, friendly shopping experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, promote features like the Target App and Loyalty programs, and assist with services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up.

You will maintain a clean store, resolve guest questions, and work with the team to meet guests’ needs during flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
